Best team ever!!!!
Dr. Higa and his staff are the best. I had excellent care and felt like I was part of the family. I would recommend Dr. Higa to anyone needing eye care, glasses or contacts. Two of my friends just had cataract surgery with Dr. Higa, too, and said they were so pleased.
