RecommendedMy husband had cataracts surgery. They were the best medical professionals we had had the pleasure of dealing with. They truly care about their patients. Everyone we encountered was so nice and caring and answered any and all questions.
professional staff as soon as I walked in the door till the time I left. What a pleasant experience they were patient with me and genuinely concerned about me. My reservations about my surgery were quickly diminished by the staff and physicians. I'm doing great two days after my surgery and am happy to recommend Mid Rivers Surgery Center. They made a scary situation such a breeze for us! My baby had to have tubes and they talked to us, answered all questions, played with her, and checked on us the entire visit! I am very impressed and relieved! Thank you all so much for treating us all like family and caring for our baby as your own children!
The staff was awesome. Kathy in pre-op was so friendly and reassuring. She helped alleviate my anxiety. Susan in post-op was on the ball and took care of an issue right away before it became a complication. Melodie was so kind and caring. Dr Montgomery was fantastic. In the OR I had became nervous again and he stood beside me while I was put under anesthesia. He held my hand until I was asleep. Doctors and staff are great but billing department are worthless. Set up automatic payments then paid in full early. They took it out of my account again the next month. Called and they said they would mail me a check, no big deal. The next week called back and they still haven't done anything. Lady said she would process it right then but it would be about another week before I got it. Why are medical facilities so bad at billing? I told them if I received a late charge from waiting on the money I would send them a bill. ID... read more
My grandmother has had cataracts removed from both her eyes and the staff is very nice and treat you with respect!
