I HIGHLY recommend the Surgery Center of Oklahoma. I drove from St. Louis, MO to the surgery center. The staff and nurses were great and extremely attentive. The surgeon was great. This was the best care I think I have ever received for a surgery.
The level of professionalism was amazing! From check in to checking out. My nerves where all over the place but the staff made me feel comfortable. My over night nurse Carlene rocked! Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face. Thank you Dr. Shanbour and Surgery Center of Oklahoma for everything!
Excellent staff, clean and plenty of seating. My only complaint was the wait...
5-Stars all the way. What a wonderful staff - they were professional, caring, and took great care in everything they did. Hernia repair on 5/24/18 - and I couldn't have asked or hoped for a better experience. The doctors and nurses were the best ever. I hope I never have to have surgery again - but if I do - this is where I want to be. Thank you for your care and professionalism.
I couldn't of asked for better. Excellent care and prices are the best around. I urge anyone looking for quality surgical care to go here.

We are so thankful we found the Surgery Center of Oklahoma. They said the surgery needed was $3060 & that's exactly what it was. The Surgeon & Staff are a well oiled machine that works flawlessly. Surgery was fast and went well. Everything was explained and all our needs met. We are so happy they were an option. They called the next morning to check on him. I have never had a surgery before and traveled from TN to OK to get my inguinal hernia repaired here. The experience was great. The staff was very professional. I am a healthcare provider and I was very nervous going into this. The anesthesiologist answered all of my questions and spent time making sure I understood. Dr. Tortoro did a great job (although I was unconscious so...). The nurses were all very excellent. I wish all of healthcare was like this. Thanks for making a not-so-enjoyable situation as good as possible.
