FIRST OF ALL I DONT WANT A THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS TO OUR ATTENTION. IF ARAN EYE ASSOCIATES IS GOING TO READ THIS THAN RESPOND. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 3 WEEKS - YES 3 WEEKS - MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE AND NO ONE WILL CALL BACK OR ANSER THE EXTENSIONS. NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH SURGERY APPT. On February 20, 2025 I kept my appointment as always. But on this particular day it was different. The attitude with a couple of the staff members; not all of them; was very disrespectful and nasty. After I completed my consultation with the Doctor; located at Aran Eye Associates at 2550 S. Douglas Rd in Coral Gables, Florida 33134; I ask the lady that was supposed to have given me instructions "When will my appointment be for my cataract surgery?"
