I love this place. The staff the staff were just amazingly wonderful upbeat happy cheerful humorous made me feel safe and comfortable. They are very efficient we need to get the patients in an out and they do it in a kind and caring way. I want to mention my preop team Jody Nadine Kelly and Jeff the people in my room Andreen Dona Dr. Wentworth and Dr. D’Gala and Sheryl my nurse and in recovery Joell and Joann. I would’ve liked a gluten-free option for postop I’m hypoglycemic and I needed to eat something in the future I’ll b... read more

My parents and daughter were in a car accident. We came in at 5:30pm with no wait time. We were placed in triage and only needed the Doctor to see them to approve their x-ray and CT scans. Well 2 hours later, we were not seen. When I asked, the Nurse Manager Christine on staff was very rude. She said that more important patients had come in and their was only one doctor. She was not professional and she came in on this shift after we had already been waiting 30 minutes in triage. I would not recommend this emergency room to ... read more

Only reason I use is facilities because it’s close. I’m going center in finding a new facility. Every time I have dealt with them which is been four times I’ve dealt with incompetent people. From the billing department to the pre-CERT department and the scheduling department they are all inept!

Not a good doctor. He miss diagnosed me and said nothing is wrong with my stomach. Second opinion from another gastrointestinal doctor and told me that is something wrong with me and I can’t eat solid food.

I came in for a leg wound infection from a dirt bike accident and required surgery. It was my first time staying overnight at a hospital (5 nights in total), and this was an eye-opening experience to say the least. The amount of chaos these doctors and nurses deal with on a daily basis is truly mind-blowing. We DO NOT give them enough appreciation for all the hard work, stress, and pressure they're put through all day everyday. I wish I could remember all the names of those that took good care of me. Danielle, JC, Delanie, J... read more

1/2 star. The tell you to come back in 5 years and then call it surveillance, not preventative. So your insurance coverage is far less. What a bunch of jerks.

Worst Bedside Manner I've ever encountered in a physician. Kept asking me why are you here, four times during my appointment. I said I was referred by my primary physician. He asked me multiple times if I wanted surgery. "Is that what you want as I could make it worse"? Whaaat? I was never pushing for surgery. I needed an expert opinion. Felt like I was wasting his time. Never have I felt that way talking to a physician in my 60 years.

RN, Julie Andries was just unnecessarily rude and unprofessional during my recent visit. 10/13/2022 around 10:00 PM, I took my 3 month old to the ER at M.H. Greater Heights, due to congestion and fever. After registration, Julie took my baby's vitals. I'm mentioning to her things I've noticed about my baby while she's been sick and she gave me no eye contact or feedback as if she was not listening or interested. I'm a mother of 3, and my other 2 children were never sick as infants, so I had a couple of questions. As I'm a... read more

Dr. Lin is an amazing doctor. His office staff, unfortunately, has been unresponsive to United Healthcare and me regarding an overpayment from the summer of 2021. Office staff continually says they will send information to UHC and they fail to do so. I now have the United Healthcare IRT working on getting my money back and the office staff is unresponsive to their requests. While I understand that physicians want to be paid in advance, there is a moral responsibility to return overpayments to customers promptly. If indiffere... read more
