Terrible billing staff, nurses have no idea what they are doing.
CHOOSE ANOTHER SURGERY CENTER IRRESPONSIVE BILLING DEPT DO NOT PAY UP FRONT - THEY ARE NOT PAYING YOU BACK ALL THE REVIEWS ARE THE SAME. GREAT DOCTORS BUT TERRIBLE BILLING DEPT - FIND OTHER GREAT DOC THIS PRACTICE IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!!! I was a bit disappointed with the after care. I had carpal Tunnel surgery, great surgeon, Peter Fitzgibbon, had twilight sleep, not quite with it when I left. I was given no discharge instructions other than move my fingers and use ice. I have been a nurse for over 43 years and have had a few surgeries. I have never experienced this before. Not a happy camper.
We can’t get a hold of anyone from this facility. They do not return calls nor pick up when call.
Dr Boden, the anesthesiologist and the nurses there were exceptional. My surgery went well and am recovering well too. The front desk staff was really unfriendly and made us feel like they did not appreciate our business. After seeing their demure I almost was thinking did I make a mistake? Some positive vibes would have been encouraging.
