Very much like a factory......seems nobody reads a chart....runs efficient to get most procedures done as possible in as little time as possible.....very impersonal
They were the nicest group of ppl. So considerate and kind. If I have more surgeries it will be there if possible instead of Waterloo. They all work great together.
Been here for three different procedures. One was yesterday. All of them were very pleasant. Will be returning for my other hands carpal tunnel release sometime this year.
Loved the entire surgery process. They were kind helpful explained everything, answered questions, met with loved ones waiting for me. Called me next day to follow up. I will definitely go to the Surgery Center again for future needs. I highly recommend this facility, and all staff.
I had knee surgery yesterday. The staff was amazing, they were professional and friendly. I loved the fact that it was strictly surgery related. They made me feel relaxed and confidant in thier care. I would definatly choose them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who need these services.
They were great and were quick about my nephews surgery. They were super nice and explained everything to where we understood it
Had surgery yesterday and I have no complaints. Every staff member that assisted me was very nice. Good place and I was in very good hands.
