Very professional staff, had a problem with the machine at the time of my procedure, but we were well informed. My issue is the recovery time. For my condition, a diabetic, I don't think I was observed long enough.

Forced to overpay upfront and I still have not received a refund after my insurance has confirmed payment. My procedure was more than 90 days ago.

I was seen in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly. However the anesthesiologist, Dr. Gayle Skeet, was unprofessional, condescending, and incompetent. She did NOT medically address obvious side effects of the medications. She did NOT secure my pain pump properly. When she finally spoke with me, she stated that it was incumbent upon the patient to "be still" and ensure that the catheter was not dislodged. I do NOT recommend this center if you require any anesthetic services for your procedure.

K.Wong made me schedule a procedure here with him that could’ve been done (and I’ve had done multiple times before) at his office. Tried to bill me for unnecessary items on top of it at this appointment. I put my foot down with that one. I arrived early only to sit waiting almost 6 hours (I was finally called back 15min before they closed). Never again. Steer clear of this place unless you want extra needless charges and have PLENTY of time you’d like to waste.
