Terrible, Terrible! I would not recommend anyone have surgery here. They have a tendency to treat patients like dollar signs and they do not care about being timely at all!
Absolutely atrocious service they are all rude and disrespectful, Gave me a horribly hard time and was rude the whole time, I will make sure to avoid them if I need service again. And if you’re looking for any kind of real service look elsewhere!!!
Terrible company! Had to cancel my surgery scheduled for Monday at 6:30am. Cancelled Friday at 2pm, yet they bill me $100 fee. Paperwork I signed says within 48 hours, not business hours. Plus, I tested positive for covid. They refused to waive the fee! Spoke to administrator Airel who refused to see any logic, don’t do business with Surgcenter. They are just trying to make a buck wherever they can.
