I don’t mind paying my medical bills. I do mind being asked to pay a bill that no one seems willing to explain. Before my procedure, I specifically requested a cost estimate because it was an important factor in deciding where to have surgery. I relied on that estimate when deciding to proceed with this facility. Terrible, Terrible! I would not recommend anyone have surgery here. They have a tendency to treat patients like dollar signs and they do not care about being timely at all!
