We’ve been twice with our son for ear tubes. Both times we’ve had Chris, a pre-op nurse. She was wonderful and so patient with our four year old. She dressed up our son’s beloved dog ‘Bingo’ before his surgery to make him feel more comfortable. We also had Kelly, and she was awesome too! The nurses are all super nice.
Extremely rude. I called asking for more information about the facility, and the person on the phone answered with "I don't have time to answer your questions". I can't imagine how bad it is in person if it was this rude over the phone.
Very warm and friendly personality’s all around. Their skill and knowledge was unbelievable. They made me feel as comfortable as they could with my having knee replacement surgery. Answered all my questions, made me feel safe. Absolutely a top notch facility!
