Dr. Mandalou was fantastic. Cautious in his approach and helpful. I would definitely go to him for surgery. The issue comes in his choice of hospital affiliation. He uses Swedish for his big surgeries. Swedish is a disaster. They lose meds, don’t answer the call button, you cannot get a hold of your medical doctor ever, they say they are looking into something and are concerned about a lab result, and the next minute the nurse is kicking you out. Utter waste of my time coming into this appointment. Surgeon didn't have all the information, and didn't do a single thing to help my problem. Go elsewhere
