The elevator was broke so only 1 working elevator so the line gets long in the evening trying to get to your room especially if a lot of people are checking in with carts. You can hear everything the walls aren’t very good insulated we were on the 5th floor and hear people in the pool and in the rooms near ours people shutting doors and dragging furniture around or people running around. Awful stay. Between the rental security harassing you at pool for no good reasons. Shutting down pool early, even though posted signs say later time. Closes down the entire pool area at night. Can’t even stay on deck to relax. One security guard spent day counting people in pool and saying limit of 19. Another ordered two adults out of pool- said no alcohol in pool and stated they both get 15 minute timeout (insane). The elevators (only two) take an average of about a five minute wait. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice! Very nice bedding. One bathtub has a tub, not really clean and very very slippery. You could go no area of the property that you did not smell weed?! It’s almost like people were smoking inside the rooms? Most of the time worst than cigarettes smoking. Maybe if you had some sort of outside smoking area.
Love this place
The location and amenities at this price is such a deal! The only issue I saw was there was there was never anyone staffing the front desk. We got checked in by Chis and he was helpful and fortunately we never needed anyone after we got checked in because the desk was closed every other time we went by. Easy walking distance to two restaurants and many shops. We never had any problem getting a private umbrella and chairs at the beach.
