My experience with Surfside Properties & Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. The Account Managers (Nicole and Shannon) at Surfside are extremely unprofessional and negligent. My boyfriend and I signed a 12-month lease and lived in the rental for 3 months. Prior to moving in and signing the lease, Surfside promised via written email that there will be repairs and cleaning done before we take possession of the rental.
