This guy really knows what he's talking about. He knew exactly where the stoppage was in a flash. The total was $337 because he had to remove the toilet. I thought it would be noisy, but his declogger is one of the newer brands that don't sound like lawn mowers. Harry's a friendly and funny guy who answered all of my questions in detail.
Great job! We called several plumbers when we had a problem with our main sewage line and Harry was the first and only one to call back. He was able to schedule service for the same day (Saturday) at no extra charge and he was upfront about his fees. Harry was very professional and polite, and he was able to diagnose and fix our problem at a reasonable cost. He even did extra clean-up work that was not part of his job. Surfside is great! Surfside will show up fast, do the job professionally, respect your time and your property and will not charge you an arm and a leg. These guys are totally 'old school' in that they care about what they do and take pride in how they do it. Having designed hundreds of commercial spaces around the world, I have worked with a great number of plumbers and these guys are the only ones I would trust with my home.
