We stayed in the Queen Room. It was beautifully appointed and had a lot more space than we were expecting. The staff were very friendly and provided lots of input into things for us to see around Yeppoon. As a bonus, the bed was very, very comfortable!!

Had some reservations about staying in a motel but Surfside Motel has cleared any doubts I've had! Friendliest reception with Carolyn. Seamless check-in process. Was offered a free upgrade to the pandanus room but we had already moved in. Carolyn was happy to recommend us places to dine at. Excellent customer service!
