Poor Turn-around Time – I have been going here for some time now and felt that I had built a relationship with them. It seems recently that turn-around-time has become a serious issue and feel that I have been lied to on several occasions as to the reasons why- assuming that I know nothing about cars. I will probably start going somewhere else and contact the BBB if this continues to happen.
