I recently joined this gym with the one month membership along with 10 classes. I travel from Stone Harbor as there is not a gym located in SH. The classes are great! I have tried a few so far and they have been worth while. Staff has been helpful so far even when they didn't have an answer to my question. They got the answer and text it to me within a few hours. terribly run gym, do not understand how they keep business going. i feel terrible for the employees, the trials and tribulations they face rival only those faced in the valley of the shadow of death. one word, dictatorship.
Pretty good option for a day rate workout while in Avalon. Some of the free weight equipment and machines are a little dated, but definitely passable when you're squeezing in a weekend workout.
Very expensive membership. Limited, very old equipment and restricted workout hours. Bathrooms are frequently out of service. Summer hours are not worth it, extremely crowded and hot!!! In the winter they don’t turn on the heat and no internet for members ! The vibe is definitely unfriendly to members. Check out Avalon Fitness for a better option.
