I have had really good service at Surfside, sometimes the wait is a little long past my appointment time, but we all know stuff happens sometimes that you cant control. Doctor Weber actually called me to explain a few things he had checked and taken care of while they were still cleaning my dogs ears!, I enjoy the employees at the front counter and the Vets all seem really nice.
As most pet owners when you go to the vet you and your family pet or service dog are a little apprehensive. Rest assured the staff and Veterinarians are 1st class making your visit as comfortable as going to the pet store. They treat your loved one with gentleness carefulness and respectfullness that I wish most human Dr's and staff would. Once again I (well, my dog Jack) received quality care from Dr. Siebert!
Yesterday Sugar was REALLY sick. Didn't realize how badly until the vet called last night. So thankful for the people at Surfside Vet in Oceanside. From my first call with the girl who answered the phone, to the visit with the doc, to the rest of the staff who helped me. They were all fantastic. <3 Sugar is now HAPPY and resting at home, on her way to a full recovery <3
Love these guys, always available, they really care about your pets. And very reasonably affordable. The only hmmmm I had for yesterday's visit was I was call by the tech for my pets pick up which was fine, but, I would have appreciated a call from the vet to tell me what was done and seen while examining my dogs swollen, infected toe. I was told there wasn't a foxtail, but . . . . ?
