If I could give 100 stars I would! Surfside Animal Hospital is the best! The staff is always friendly, professional, kind and compassionate. Very honest practice. Thank you Surfside for taking such good care of my furry children!
I love the veterinarians at Surfside, especially Dr. Siebert. He is the best. However when I call, I am always on hold. When I go in, my appt is always late. It takes forever to check out. Maybe the front desk is short staffed. They need a separate phone line for appts. and questions, someone to check people out.
When the DR recognizes your pet only through the paperwork..... that's a great dr!
I love ♡ @[159831374045726:Surfside Animal Hospital]! After moving here from LA we didnt have a vet. They were close so we gave them a try. Prices are fair, employees love their clients, vets are top notch, personable, and when my favorite feline, Milana got very ill, they responded aggressively and quickly and had her diagnosed and a treatment plan within a couple hours. Hours are unbeatable and easy to get it. 10 out of 10!
The staff in this clinic went above and beyond for my friends dog tonight! Everyone we dealt with tonight has the patience of saints and a love and commitment for the animals they see that compares to none! From the bottom of my heart, thank you I am incredibly grateful for you all!
We love Surfside and have been going there since they opened. Drs. Seibert, Ziesse and Haver are the best ever. We took our 2 Boston Terriers and Chihuahua in yesterday and had a new (to us) vet. She seemed to be afraid of our dogs and seemed reluctant to get close to them. And I felt sort of hurried. Never got to ask a couple of questions about one of our dogs. We will certainly continue to go there but in the future will ask for specific vets.
