Excellent communication unbelievable feel that the sander has a lot of control minimum vibration.
One of the best companies to work with that has a unique sander that my wife could never go back from, once you see the difference. That and the company has a unique identity for great customer service. Have dealt with them for 5+ years and hope they are always around.
