Stayed in San Diego BS1. Very dirty, poorly kept up, refrigerator was gross, the former residents were still there cleaning out the refrig when we arrived. Windows were broken. No screens. No one would return calls. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!
Horrible. Bad business. Don't waste your time. Location was nothing like the ads, small, hot, gross. Called to cancel, told we'd get 50% back. Almost a year later and they won't return my calls and no refund ever received.
Worse than "poor" We were treated like dirt by these guys. Rented a house on 3403 Riviera Drive for 8 nights for $2655. The place was filthy, one bedroom had no lightbulbs, coffee pot was broken, there were no hangers in the closets, the room they advertised as a game room was the garage which was in shambles, the ping pong table was rotting, a pinball machine was broken. Recently stayed at one of their locations and the service was amazing. No need to wait for response. Call or text and they respond immediately. Spencer was our contact and was very helpful in answering questions and getting what we need quickly. Will definitely stay at another location in the future.

What a great management team! The amenities were awesome and made our vacation so much more fun and relaxing! No major needs during our stay but a small problem handled immediately. Much appreciated!

I stayed in 3 different Surfcomber Properties over my 4 day vacation and each one was fabulous!!! They all had incredible locations and were very true to their listings. The decor was super cute in each of them and they were well maintained. But my favorite thing about these properties was the level of service that I received from Surfcomber.
