David and his team were lovely guys. This is a family run business and the service felt very much like that. David first offered to repair our old door to save us some money (which no other company that quoted offered). In the end we needed a full replacement, David’s quote was well below the other 3 companies that quoted. There were some slight delays in installation due to staff family illness, but this is just what happens when you are working with a small business. I would definitely use David and his team again.
If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. They made me 2 sets of commercial grade windows for my alfresco 2.5m high x 3.2m wide, which were promised to be completed within a 2 week time frame. Trying to get the windows made, to getting them fitted on-site, was a very painful process. Week in, week out, the lies that David came up with, reminded me of being at school and the kid next to you, telling the teacher the dog ate their assignment.
