5 STAR service and value I have been working on a large renovation of my home for 3+ years. Nick at Surfaces USA was and is superb!! I have purchased travertine and tile from him for a few projects. His customer service and pricing was excellent. On the last portion of the project I was not fully satisfied with the fabrication of a stone spillway for my pool remodel. Satisfied Customer I always have a great experience at Surfaces USA. My husband and I flip houses. They have a great selection and affordable prices. I find that the sales people and manager are very friendly and make it very easy for me to do business with them.
Terrible Service and dishonest I went tile shopping here and I asked to find out if they had a particular shade of tile in stock. He told me he would check and proceeded to get on his walkie talkie and talk to the guys in spanish. After the guys in back said no, he asked if they had something else that would do. Then he proceeded to tell me he had the exact tile available as if I didn't understand every word he was saying. Needless to say, we left immediately and have no plans on returning.
Jan H I am finishing up work on my bathroom. We have had great success with Surfaces USA. They came when they said they would and the tile work in the bathtub surround is beautiful, tile work done by Adolfo. They are coming today to do the counter tops so hopefully that will be as great as the tile job. Jeanine designed the tile pattern and picked out tile that was neutral but that went together. Att tile contractors don’t send your customer to there store They still your customers and they use their installers and fabricators I took my customer to buy tile and slab They sale material on heigh price and they bid lower on my fabrication and installation labor . 5000 sq ft floor and 28 slabs will never recommend or send any one to there Northhollwood location.

Hi Jorgik, Sorry you had a negative experience. It sounds really frustrating. This is our OXNARD location the North Hollywood location has been closed for nearly a year. It is has always been run completely separate to North Hollywood. Thank you for your feedback.

Great place for all tile and surfaces requirements. Amazing selection at the store and if you have in mind something they don't have they can get it for you! A special treat is the knowledgable sales folks they have particularly Helena! Make Surfaces USA your first stop and you will not regret it!
Surfaces USA has a large showroom at their location allowing you to browse and select from a multitude of styles and designs. They have designers to help you in your selection or you can simply roam and pick up pieces you like and then have the designers assist you. Horrible job, horrible experience! I saved for 17 years to do my kitchen and bath. I hired Surfaces USA and their installers. The granite was cut too short in many places, leaving huge gaps along the walls and sink, edges are unfinished, two cracks in the granite, missing pieces of slab that I paid for. In addition, the tile is atrocious! Wrong color installed in the bath, ridiculous work in the kitchen, gaps, crooked, terrible edges and corners.
