Very quick response to our request for assistance. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed our tub issue and was able to make the repairs needed the same day. No more creaking/popping tub!
I don't give many reviews at all, and it's always easier to give a negative review instead of positive. We had the company come resurface our tub and shower several months ago, and the results were clearly not to standard. One call to the office, and the owner dispatched Lee, who has been with the company for 7 years to inspect. He repaired the subpar areas, and made it an easy process. The true measure of integrity in a company is how they respond to a problem. Thank you!
We have a rental property in Columbia that had 2 bathrooms that were looking fairly shabby. Surface Specialists came in and made them look brand new for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend.
