I gave a good review of this company right after the work (shower pan overlay) was done, but when the shower began leaking upon use, I contacted Surface Specialists to see if they could come out and take a look. They insisted that unless the pan was cracked, it could not be their fault. They didn't want to come out. So I hired a general contractor to find out what was wrong. Surface Specialists installed a large overlay on our shower floor and they did an excellent job. They communicated well, responded promptly when we had a question and even came back out to check on it. Patrick was our installer and I can not say enough good things about his friendly, professional manner. This group is very knowledgeable--took our measurements and ordered the right piece. Their work is reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend!
The lady whom answers the phone is impossible to deal with. Don’t waste your time. Call the other other company that does the same work. Much better to deal with and same quality.
