The guy show up on time, and was very nice during the install. He told me that I could use the tub 24 hrs after the install. When I stepped on the surface 24 hrs after install my foot print was left in the surface. I waited another 24 hrs and my wife stepped on it and the whole top layer slid. I contacted the company about repairing the surface and sent him a video of the epoxy still being plyable, he never responded. This company offers to repair and resurface countertops. We received an estimate from the franchisee in May 2015 after he brought hardened samples of what the finished product would look like. The samples give the impression that the resurfacing material is harder and thicker than it is in reality.
