Nicole asked if she needed to remove her shoes upon entering my condo. I appreciated her concern and respect for my wishes. (I did say she could keep her shoes on.) She answered my questions and showed me the granules that were going to be added to make the bottom slip resistant. Nicole gave me a sheet explaining what to use to maintain the finish. We were able to schedule our job very quickly. The svc tech arrived on time, and was very pleasant and courteous. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. The job was done efficiently and was cleaned up very well after completion. We are very satisfied with the results .
