We had our tub done in Feb 2024 and our tub has chipped and bubbled in multiple spots since. They’ve come out twice for repairs already and will now be coming out a third time for fix/eval, then possibly a fourth time to strip the finish and redo it. Luckily we have a 5 year warranty, but I see now they only offer two year warranties. Other places in the metro offer five still…

I had a great experience with Surface Renew. The coating looks fantastic on my cast iron tub and tile walls. The technician was professional and did a great job prepping and cleaning up the job. Customer service was responsive throughout the whole process. The thing that stood out the most was: A few weeks after the surface application, a painter damaged the coating on the edges of the shower and Surface Renew came out at no charge to repair the damaged coating.
