I just wanted to tell you that the gentlemen that installed the countertops were great. They were careful when installing to make sure everything was just right. It looks amazing. I really like the cut you made on the granite. It looks amazing! John that did the tear out and plumbing was very professional and prompt. Thank you for a good experience. Had a wonderful experience working with Surface Encounters in Wixom, MI (same company as Macomb, just different location) this Spring. I received an estimate quote over the phone from a sales rep (after I phoned in with dimensions) for replacing 3 bathroom countertops and sinks, went in with my husband to look at the granite choices, picked our favorites and on we went with sealing the deal. I just recently had Surface Encounters make a granite counter top for my kitchen counter and island. The results were impeccable. The service - everyone was very nice and to the point, there was no dancing around anything like most companies like to do. If there was anything that i didn't know or understand, they were right there with me helping me out, without spinning it in any direction. The actual counters were beautiful, perfectly made.
I could not be happier with the entire process from selecting the granite (the sales staff was busy the day we shopped yet they spent whatever time was needed with us) to the office staff who communicated with us in a timely manner,, to the measure representative and lastly to the installers who were on time, polite, funny, informative, and accommodating. I will be recommending Surface Encounters in Macomb to my friends.
