One word to describe them is EXCELLENT!!!. When I went in I told them my budget and thats exactly what we paid and that included the kitchen sink. They were here to meaure install and come back and complete the back splash right on schedule and the installers did a great job. They even called twice at each interval to make sure I was happy. I have a tendency to have buyers remorse, but not with this company. If anyone wants to ask them for references of satisfied customers I would be happy to brag about them all day long.
My wife and I were not happy with the first top Surface enCounters installed. We felt it had too many seams. They came out and looked it over and agreed. They re-made the tops at no charge to us and my wife and I are completely satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend them.
Surface Encounters did an excellent job from the sale, measurement, to the installation. Everyone was personable yet professional. I have recommended you to others.

The installers were very professional and courteous. The edges and seams of the granite are smooth as silk and it looks amazing in my new kitchen. A lot more affordable than I thought it was going to be and the best part of my kitchen. I would totally reccommend to my friends and I look forward to doing my bathrooms with Surface Encounters in the near future
We are so pleased with the end result. Even more pleased to be able to refer friends to this company. We would encourage anyone to visit the showroom. It is clean and well laid-out. A great place to veiw your stone. They delivered absolutely everything as promised and we are 100% satisfied with the job. We love our new kitchen.
