Who farted? No really. Did I fart cause why is everyone so rude? I purchased some high-end tile here a few months ago. The planning was simple. Everyone seemed friendly enough. But when I came to pick it up, it was a whole other story. They were rude. They didn't want to help. It was like I was asking for a huge favor for them to even do their job! Went and picked the Allwood champagne select flooring, and shaw carpeting. They use sub contractors to install. They did not do the job well. Took 3 tries to get the right carpet installed. Gaps are uneven between floor boards. Cut the area of the toilet square (for a standard round toilet), had to come fix that. Causing the plumbing company to reschedule because the floor wasn't done/ done properly multiple times. Didn't lay flooring under the dishwasher, leaving a large gap and the old flooring visible. She listened and then she really went to work problem solving and presenting me with creative and considerate options. She was low pressure, patient, and I walked away feeling confident in the decisions that were made.
