Quite possibly the worst car wash in Tucson. Truly poor quality wash and service. I’ve been using Surf Thru since they opened at the location next to Costco but this will be my last time. Truly awful. My car looked better prior to receiving their shoddy service. Do not recommend. No manager on site on a Monday evening or I would have demanded a refund. Go any where else for a better experience.
I have a monthly subscription and they are supposed to closed at 9 pm. But today with out any excuse they decided to closed before 8 pm. I just got off work and needed to wash my car. Counting on their schedule hours. What a shame.
My car is always looking good after a stop at Surf Express Car Wash! Free vacuums, they supply towels to dry off those tight spots. I recommend getting a monthly pass, you can go anytime you need too.
