The most expensive wash didn’t get my car clean, even after a rewash, but it did leave big scratches and sprayed some sort of dark sticky substance on half of my car that was hard to remove.
Liars, poor customer service, and unclean. I purchased a membership on January 14, as confirmed by their text message. Their website clearly states that members can continue using the membership until the end of the billing period, even after cancellation. I canceled on February 8 and visited on February 13, well within that period, yet they still charged me a fee.
