The worker Alex, was super nice and efficient with telling me the prices of the single and membership cost of the washes. I highly recommend this car wash.

I bought multiple cars share card. They said $36 for 5 washes. I thought I can use it for as long as I have balance washes. But after a month my card was charged one more $36. I went to the location to ask. They said it's a monthly plan, which they did tell even a single word when I bought it. My mistake was, since the staff did not mention it is monthly, I did not read through the contract she gave to me and I signed without reading. After a three-year break, I decided to revisit Surf Thru to try out the Graphene package. My previous absence wasn't due to any issues; rather, I found that competitors offered a superior wash. In the past, Surf Thru excelled in customer service, but that seems to have shifted. Today, I encountered an older gentleman who seemed more interested in dismissing me than assisting. He walked away rudely three times while processing my payment, which ultimately led me to forgo my wash and signing up for a new membership.
