Absolutely love this company. I have the yearly service plan and we never see bugs inside. Lately we have had 6-7 wasps inside so we called for a spot appointment, which was no additional charge. They were able to locate the wasp nest up on the roof and take care of the problem. The gentleman who does the work took extra time to explain what the wasps were doing and how they were eventually getting inside our house, and also explained the different species wasps that he saw. Excellent service all the way around. Katie returned my call very promptly and was very accommodating and informative. Steve explained all services and spent time inspecting my property, in regards to preventing pests. Also, Steve is very flexible with times of providing treatments. I'm very glad I switched to Surf from a previous large company. Absolutely recommend.
