One of our favorites! Always consistently great food and great service . The Casesar and Mayfair salads are EXCELLENT. Favorite entrees are the Sea Scallops - best in town, and Steaks and Salmon. Seafood always fresh! Ana potatoes great too. And in the sea of restaurants that are so noisy you can't even have a conversation, Surf & Sirloin is relaxing and quiet. Dining here is NEVER a disppointment and always a great pleasure :)
Great restaurant ! Excellent sea food and steak cooked to perfection. Best part was the waiter. He was great! Very customer service oriented. Hard to find these days. I would recommend a repeat visit for sure.
Great food starts with the bread and butter! Surf's is the best! Great USDA prime meat ! But I think they have the best salad in STL !

Simply the Best Food. I have been going here for 15 years. Never disappointed. Bread perfect......butter.....real.....salad with Mayfair Dressing .....delicious. Hidden Gem. Don't pay attention to the haters on this sight.....must be the competition.smh
