Although Larry retired in 2012, his children have taken up his apron and currently run the establishment. The seafood and choice meats are carefully inspected so that only the finest selections make it into the kitchen and onto visitor's plates. Enjoy mouth-watering salmon, oysters Rockefeller, sea scallops, and even jumbo shrimp in real beer batter. With sirloin in our name, the menu wouldn't be complete without the choicest USDA prime cuts of meats

I went for the first time on Friday night and it was AMAZING. I got the Ribeye cooked medium rare with asparagus and side of Scallops. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection. I loved the steak butter as well. I will definitely be back!

Went yesterday for a steak for myself and salmon for my wife. We had to pick it up and eat it at home, so it was a good 20 minutes before we could eat it. Even after 20 minutes, and eating it out of a Togo container, it was the best steak (Ribeye) I’ve had in St Louis. Rude staff. We attended for Valentine’s Day as a recommendation and was very disappointed. You could tell staff was very stressed because of how busy they were. Made it vocal at many times. Especially the girl bartending. Only one person making drinks for the entire restaurant. She was very flustered and loud and vocal about it. Very friendly waiter, very good food. Wait for food is a little longer than most restaurants, but on a relaxing evening, out with the wife, it's not as big a deal.
