If I could mark something below poor or 1 star to rate this "vet" I would. I would not go back here if my dog's life depended on it. Actually her life DID depend on it and we found a different vet. My dog was 15 years old and treated like she was nothing. They tried to convince me to put her to sleep before her time, and they took her to do blood work, even though I asked to be with her, so she would not become afraid. Customer service means a lot to me. I need to feel comfortable when I enter a doctors office (pet or otherwise). When you walk into this office they don't acknowlege you until they're ready. Some of the staff members are very friendly but several are not. The doctor is professional and friendly with the animals.
