I want to thank Dr. Wicks and Jessica for taking such good care of my elderly chihuahua Joon. I've had her at other vets and she came home totally traumatized, not the case here. Good to know there are gentle people to help with our sick furbabies.
I love Dr. Wicks and her staff. I have been going to Surf City Pet Hospital since they opened. I have 2 cats and 2 Dogs. Dr. Wicks has always been great with my animals and they love her. I have an older dog with a lot of health problems and Dr. Wicks and her staff has helped me so much with the care of my baby. If you want to see a Vet that really cares Surf City Pet Hospital is the place to go. Dr. Wicks will get down on the floor with your dogs and give them belly rubs. This is the best!
Absolutely terrific, great, helpful, friendly staff. Veterinary services are above excellent. Care and concern on the part of everyone who works there is professional, well-informed and loving.
All the staff is very friendly and all of our fur babies are very well taken care of each visit. I love the environment and how my wife and I can ask any questions that we may have. Journey is the queen of the castle there! Always a pleasure!!!
I want to thank the Vet and staff at Surf City Pet Hospital for the tremendous care you gave to my dog Cal and our family when he became terribly ill several weeks ago. He passed away very suddenly but the warmth and empathy you showed made this so much better than it could have been. The staff gave me time with him at the end and lit a candle in the room. It was very thoughtful. They also followed up with a condolence card. This is a great place... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I heard about this vet from my sister, She spoke of this office very highly. I decided to take Bentley (English bulldog) here. I have nothing but positive feedback for this place. I took Bentley here so he could get his vaccine and a check up since hes a puppy. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist/ assistant Laura.
