My experience at Surf City Nissan has always repeated itself. Employees are polite, helpful, & eager to solve one's problem. Well trained which stems from the top, dealers ownership. Would never take my car anywhere else for my expectations are satisfied. Do not hesitate in having your car serviced at this dealership, for your car will be happy too.
Please be better... Stop price gouging your customers. Its not going to save your company. You could have had my business but decided to charge 5x higher than any other shop. $2100 for a wheel bearing, really? And now your oil change prices are double from my last visit. If things do not change I will keep taking my business elsewhere. The cold calls only add to your desperation, please stop.
