DO NOT RECOMMEND! This has been by far the worst dealership ever. Before purchasing my Nissan Rouge I owned 4 other vehicles from different dealerships and never have had a problem. I’ve been calling for months to get some information and nobody is ever available. Manager had an issue with checking out their cars. Didn’t even come out to speak to me himself and instead sent one of the employees. Never been treated at a dealership this way before. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated right. Plenty of nice Nissan dealers out there better than them.
Irvin and the team went over and above for us. We couldn't make it work today but as soon as we have our finances together better, this is the only dealership we will buy from. I've never dealt with a more competent and friendly staff. Thank you for your help guys!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR CREDIT OR YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS! I was told that I had been approved after applying for financing online when I got down to the dealership they added 20 or more inquiries to my credit lowering my credit score told me to come back or to call no one is called me I have called at least 15 times leaving messages for the salesperson the manager the people that left me messages I have sent emails they have not responded this place has been completely disappointing and not honoring what they ... read more
