Having great customer service matters. Left one message and never got a call back. Called in again and unfortunately, you didn't treat me properly. Even though your excellent Voodoo leather cleaner product spoiled from 2018, you could have made it a pleasant experience and offered a replacement. That didn't happen and was told the product is not in stock. Hasn't been made for years but are doing another batch next year. When they made products, they were great! They have been out of stuff for so long I've had to search out other products to use. And when I called to try and get an eta on when they were restocking, guy who answered the phone was an a**. Zero on customer service.
