Clean, compact, comfortable. Everything you need and nothing you don't for an overnight stay in Coffs Harbour. Staff were helpful and clear in their communication. The king size bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware to make a quick coffee and breakfast in the morning. Pro tip: ask for a ground floor room with onsite parking for easy unloading of the car. Bring a coffee plunger for coffee to make best use of the kettle.
Very neat and clean rooms. Very fresh staff that assisted me when my booking was incorrect. Highly recommend them.
We stayed at this motel for a night during our road trip stopover from QLD to Melbourne. The room was comfortable with basic facilities. The location was handy. Negatives: 1) Car parking is very tight when all the spaces are occupied (you need to back all the way to the main road). 2) There was an used small carton of milk left in the fridge which wasn't obviously checked/removed by the cleaning staff.
