This place has been my saving grace . They help single parents get on their feet . I really love my place . Everything was brand new moving in. There’s kids love playing with all the kids around . They also work with your income which is really needed in this world now days . The office is super nice and helpful as well .

All staff at Breakwater have been very helpful and kind. Our experience with Breakwater has been great. Move in process was easy. Christina, Morgan, Zander and all staff have been great and attentive. The community helps each other out and looks out for one another, very welcoming. We haven’t had an issues with our place. No pests, plumbing, AC, the unit overall has been doing really good. Been living here for about 2-3 months now and no complaints. Love the location of the complex. I can say we’ve been enjoying our home:)
Place is infested with cockroaches.inside and more so outside. Just walking to a laundry room or to the gate you end up seeing them just migrate everywhere. It's a shame. They have pest control come every Wednesday. However, it's clearly not working. Every building is sideways. When hanging something on a wall, or even something that can roll is on the floor, it keeps rolling. And nothing is ever even on a wall due to the slants.
