I have lived here for 7 months now since october of 2023. moving in has been a breeze. I am in a renovated unit downstairs. for starters the leasing agents are super sweet and the maintenance is quick. The property is well taken care of. one of the main things that stood out to me is the keyless doorway. we use an app to open our doors and as someone who constantly looses her keys, this made my life easier. not to mention that the units come with a fridge and microwave. which i feel is one of the biggest hassles and expenses... read more

I've been living here for about 6 years. The maintenance team is great at responding quickly and fixing the issue. Hugo and Chris are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always in a great mood. definitely recommend The Breakwater Apartments
There will always be pros and cons everywhere you go People will never be 100% satisfied but a roof is a roof and you make that place a home I’m forever grateful for Angelina and manager who had such a kind heart to help me and my family out when we had no where else to go we were denied in so many places due to our credit but they went above and beyond to make it happen !
