I have lived at Breakwater for two years now. I can’t say enough about the maint staff. The had a major surgery a few months ago, and Hugo went out of his way the other day to walk with me and tell me how great I looked and how much progress he’s seen! Talk about kind!! Thanks Hugo, you have no idea how much that helped me! You Rock!

I am genuinely thrilled with the exceptional breakwater maintenance we’ve received! Hugo has been an absolute gem always attentive, professional, and ready to communicate. Whenever we’ve encountered any challenges with our unit, he has been there to address them directly and with care. He really stands out as a dedicated member of the team, and I couldn't be more grateful to call this place home!
Hugo, the maintenance guy, has been so helpful to our needs since my husband and I moved in on March 15th, 2025.
Hugo and Joe are the reason we stayed here. We had a horrible first few weeks with a rat problem and Hugo and Joe were in our apartment getting it completely taken care of. They arrive quickly after a work order is put in and the issue addressed swiftly. If an outside vendor needs to take care of it, they arrange it on the spot. Joe has moved on but Hugo has stayed thankfully.
Avoid This Place at All Costs — It’s a Nightmare to Live Here I lived in this apartment complex for two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. From day one to the day I moved out, it was nothing but problems. The management is sleazy, the buildings are falling apart, and any sense of professionalism or accountability is completely nonexistent. Let me start with the move-out process.
