My family & I encountered office staff Josh, Zander & Christina. All were professional & had good communication. Christina followed up & explained anything we didn’t understand, making the process to move in & out smooth for us. When we lived there if ever any issue came up maintenance always came swiftly & addressed it. Our kids loved the swim amenities & the playground within the breakwater. DO NOT MOVE INTO THE FIRST FLOOR. Cheap management puts no effort into sound proofing the floor above. We lived underneath a family with multiple kids and 3 dogs. We barely get any sleep. I can literally hear them peeing In the bathroom. They put in no carpet so you will hear every step, every closet door, and constant squeaking of the floorboards. Currently terrible because of the tenants in 136 who have a dog that barks non stop for 20+ minutes day and night and the owners do nothing about it. If management can do something about this I would consider raising the stars
