Waiting for my lease to end disappointed
I moved in a little over a year ago. First it was the roaches, took six months to get rid of those. Then I had issues with my garage. The maintenance workers suddenly had an emergency & walked away from my garage door and left it open. I have no idea how long it was open for, but that was the first of two times I came home to find my garage door open. The apartment itself was fine but we lived right next to the garages and heard every single noise. We also had an ant infestation that they sprayed for, and it did absolutely nothing and we just had to live with the ants until we moved out. We also have yet to receive the deposit refund, which is 20 days past California’s 21 day legal deadline.
I genuinely hope the property owner takes the time to read this, because this has become an ongoing issue that management has not been able to resolve. For nearly a year, my family and I have dealt with children repeatedly using the area directly outside our apartment as a playground. Balls are constantly kicked against our patio gate and living room window, creating loud noises throughout the day and repeatedly disrupting our peace. I am writing this review in the hope that the property owner can assist with ongoing concerns that I have repeatedly brought to the attention of the management team. For an extended period of time, I have experienced persistent disturbances from unsupervised children in the apartment complex.
