Dave was incredibly helpful in answering our questions and walking us through our inspection report on our new home. His report was detailed and timely. Because of the inspection we were able to identify areas needing immediate fixing that resulted in negotiation of additional seller paids to cover those costs. If we need an inspection again in the future we know who to call!

My husband and I are in the process of buying a home in the Brainerd lakes area. David was incredibly prompt with scheduling and very thorough with his inspection. After the home inspection, he walked us through the home and pointed out his areas of major and minor concern.
