I used to love this bank until I ran into a problem with fraud and there was no way to report it after normal business hours. My account is empty and I have to wait until normal business hours to contact anyone. While I love the small town feel of Surety and have been a customer for 28 years, I feel that the lack of after hours customer care for fraud is a problem. However, they handled the problem fast and efficiently, so that earned them another star.
I was a little reluctant to switch banks. After dealing with Missy and seeing how much her customers truly mean to her was the deciding factor for me. I didn't transition immediately. In fact it took about 6 months. So happy I decided to take my business and personal accounts here. They offer exemplary customer service, and are always more than accommdating! Be sure to check with them first before going with one of the bigger banks.
Surety Bank provides excellent customer service with an amazing staff, who is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure your banking needs are met.
