I opened account in January 2023. First bank card came with expired date. Second never came had to go make personal request at the branch. In April 2023. They closed the card and issue card with sane numbers . When I called to activate , they didn't activated actual card I had received but the one I should and it was in their system. Opening for an account is rushed nothing is clarified and they don't go over fees etc. Was charge $140 do only DENY a transaction from ******, for them to take the money out of my checkings account without my approval and then close my account. There was no over draft fee because I didn't take out more than what I had, its a $30 fee just to deny. They are beyond dismissive that I honestly was just hurt by how they couldn't care less.
