Friendly into the bargain. Did the impossible and very happy with the result
Five stars is not enough. This company is knowledgeable, prompt and all charges were better than reasonable. I was ready to discard my computer when Logan advised his previous good results with refurbished motherboards. The cost was very reasonable and now 8 months later the computer is working flawlessly. I will look nowhere else if I have another computer problem.
Logan was very good with understanding what I wanted on the new computer setup that I had on the old computer so that it was the most user friendly possible.. And he also was able to understand what I did not want on the new computer and he did his best NOT to put those things on the new computer. He also responded to my follow up calls very quickly and efficiently with a wonderful customer service attitude. Logan will certainly be on top of my list if I need any more help with my computer at a later date.
Service was provided for my computer immediately and completed within a few hours. I am extremely satisfied.

I had an issue starting it, keep beeping and he called to correct it. I restarted the computer and it was working fine. Very professional, I would definitely recommend again.
He was patient in answering my questions, explaining everything he was doing. Also Logan was a very courteous young man. We will definitely be using him again!! Thanks Home Advisor!!
He replaced the bad motherboard and now everything is working great.
