A very knowledgeable person. On time and did a great job
Logan came out promptly and helped upgrade and also install a new hard drive to my existing computer. Even after he left, I had an issue with my saved personal emails, and not only did he help recover them, but he also did it over the weekend which was his time off. Those emails were important to me, and he acted fast to help me out even though it was his time off. If I have any other issues, he will definitely be the first person I reach out to.
