So far so good... I have moved in Park Place Apartments since Oct of this year (2023). I love my Townhome. Maintenance is on point with fixing things in my unit. Haven't seen any issues with neighbors so far. Very quiet and the property management is very nice and helpful. The only thing I see wrong in my unit is the Thermostat. My daughter and I have been cold. Will be reaching out to help resolve that issue. other than that, no issues...
