Very disappointing experience with Priceline. I was charged an overpriced rate compared to other options, and the reservation had a strict no-cancellation policy that was not flexible when my plans changed. Customer service was unable to offer a reasonable solution. I expected much better transparency and customer support. I will think twice before booking through Priceline again.
