I flew from Philadelphia with two transfers to Alexandria. Checked into the hotel at 11:00 pm. There was no one at the reception. But where was their cafeteria? There was some stoned young man asking what I was doing here and what I needed. I was a little tense. After 7 minutes the hostel returned. He gave me the keys. I was very tired after a long flight. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! Whenever I check out I always strip the bed for housekeeping. I pulled the sheets back and there was a huge blood stain underneath!!! My anxiety went through the roof! I informed the manager and he said at least there was a sheet in between!! Trifling!! I am still fighting for my refund!! Stay at your own risk
