Refrigerator was rusty on the inside and had an odor. Ceiling had water spots and peeling paint. Room had an odor. Bathroom was dirty toilet was stopped up didnt want to give me a new room or a refund. 0 stars
Our bad experience... Missing light bulb over bed Towel bar fell off Body wash out in shower Low sink water pressure which was good because it backed up Towel had wood fibers on it from cubby Stained towels Tiny black pills in second bed which we choose not to examine too closely No liners in trash cans One room key We didn't try the "continental brkfst" for fear they had the same attitude in the food as the room maintenance Stairs to second floor for 70 yo couple
Rooms were run down. Laundry was out side??? Yes, outside. Never saw that before. Didnt stick around for the breakfast. If you needed a inexpensive place to crash for one night. OK.
I Checked in around 12:00 midnight. The room was stuffy as hell and it was stale. Who ever cleaned the room prior half did the job. There was a dirty wet used wash cloth still in the tub and piss was still on the toilet seat. The smell of the room had my allergies going crazy. This was honestly one of the worst best western franchises I’ve ever been to and I will not be back if I can help it. They need to improve immediately!
Me, my husband and mom who is 88 recently came to stay here on May 9th. The girl at the desk was very nice and she was new. It was only her second day. We checked in and went to our room only to find a dead roach on the floor. We went back down and explained we didn’t want to stay there and wanted a refund. She assured us it would be credited but if we saw something on our bill they would make it right. Well, we got the bill and it was on there.
