It was fine after check in. The miscommunication was over a pet fee. Please make note if u use a booking site it is not the hotel response to u if you message. I was told with email my accommodations (I had 3) had been met. (The Manger told me i couldnt read, but i think they need to learn hoe to read English the proper way) . When I got there I needed to come up with the 100 for keys- which I did, then hit with 150 pet fee- 50 per pet per day.
